At Elovelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Elovelle account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your printed return slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
